It may seem as if you have spent your entire life trying to make others happy, but this is not how you started your life journey. As a toddler you were okay with just being you; you were a gift to life in every way that is you. Later, when others treated you with negativity, you learned to protect yourself. But the truth is, people were really trying to make up for their own feelings of low self-worth and of not being good enough. You no longer have to internalize other people’s insecurities or not-good-enough belief systems. During this session, you will acquire resiliency and learn to rise above criticism at work, home, or in the activities you undertake. Your other-than-conscious mind knows you are perfectly fine just as you are. When you know you are good enough for yourself, you are naturally good enough for others.
